UAE: Six-day (6) break likely as Sharjah announces Eid Al Fitr holidays for public sector

Sharjah has declared Eid Al Fitr occasion dates for government segment employees.

 

The occasion will commence from Shawwal 1 to Shawwal 3, 1446 Ok, agreeing to the Sharjah Government's Division of Human Assets declaration on Tuesday. Official work will continue for the open division on Shawwal 4, 1446 Ok, but for representatives working in shifts.

 

Depending on Moon locating, if Eid Al Fitr falls on Sunday, Walk 30, government representatives in Sharjah will get a five-day occasion from Friday, April 28 to Tuesday, April 1. While if the celebration starts on Monday, Walk 31, these workers will get a six-day long end of the week from Friday, Walk 28 to Wednesday, April 2.
